With over 10 years of experience in organizational change, she has a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences, keeping people are the center of change strategies, and designing human-centered solutions that address the real challenge and create learning opportunities. Outside of work, Aleks is a passionate skier and certified instructor, and when she can, she inspires and supports others to recognize the beauty of the sport.
