Morten Jølst Esmer

Morten Jølst Esmer has extensive experience in the food industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Learning and Development at Dagrofa ApS since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Food Folk Danmark ApS (McDonald's i Danmark) from 2017 to 2020, holding various roles including Nordic Senior Employee Experience Consultant, Senior Leadership & Training Consultant, Leadership & Training Consultant, and HR Consultant. Morten Jølst started their career at McDonald's in 2004 and worked their way up through various positions such as Supervisor, Store Manager, 2. Assistant/HR-Manager, Shift Manager, and Employee/Shift Trainee.

Morten Jølst Esmer completed their education at two institutions. Morten Jølst first attended Stenhus Gymnasium & HF from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Danish Upper Secondary School, Gymnasium. Subsequently, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Organization & Management.

In addition to their formal education, Morten has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received the certification for "7 Habits of Highly Effective People 4.0" from FranklinCovey Danmark. In 2021, they became certified in "PPA certificeret (DISC personprofilanalyse)" from Thomas International. Later in the same year, they obtained the "PTL" certification from People Test Systems A/S. Most recently, in January 2022, they acquired the "PTP" certification, also from People Test Systems A/S.
