Darrell Schweigert

Darrell Schweigert has over 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. Darrell most recently worked as a Target Owner's Site Representative at Dahl Consulting since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Target Contract Owner's Site Representative at MBO Partners from August 2018 to December 2020. From February 2017 to August 2018, they held the same role at Dahl Consulting. Before joining Dahl Consulting, Darrell worked as a Construction Manager and Transition Coordinator at Schweigert Construction Services, LLC at Buffalo Wild Wings from October 2014 to December 2016. Darrell spent a significant portion of their career at Target, where they served as a Senior Owner's Site Representative and Construction Manager from September 2002 to March 2014. Darrell oversaw on-site construction activities for new store, remodel, and special projects. Prior to that, they were an Owner's Site Representative and Construction Manager for new store projects in multiple Midwest states from January 1998 to September 2002. Before their tenure at Target, Darrell worked as a Construction Project Manager and Project Engineer at Elford Inc from August 1994 to December 1997, where they assisted with general contractor duties. Darrell also served as an On-site Construction Manager and Owners Rep for Hilton franchise properties at Wolff Sesson Buttery White from September 1990 to June 1993. Darrell started their career at D & S Development in December 1987, where they held positions such as Assistant Construction Superintendent, Project Superintendent, and Customer Service Manager for residential master development projects in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Darrell Schweigert attended Columbus State from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Construction Management. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Class B - General Building Contractor License from the State of California, Contractors State License Board in January 1992. In July 1986, they received the Department of Military Affairs, State of Montana (E-6 NCO Warrant) from the Commander in Chief of the Military Forces for the State of Montana, Helena MT. Furthermore, in September 1985, they graduated from the Graduate - Primary Noncommissioned Officer Course at the Montana Military Academy in Ft. Wm.H Harrison, Helena Montana. Additionally, they completed the Graduate - Advanced Armor Training (AIT) from the Department of the Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky in December 1981 and the Graduate - Basic Armor Training (BAT) from the Department of the Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky in June 1981.
