Kelsey Hart, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Pricing Specialist at Mills Fleet Farm. In 2013, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Erin Hills Golf Course and also worked as a Street Team Member for Victoria's Secret Pink. Additionally, they supervised a team of three internal Onboarding Specialists.

In July 2021, Kelsey assumed the role of Consultant Services Manager at Dahl Consulting, where they continue to manage and lead consulting services. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in project management, recruitment, event planning, and marketing.

Kelsey Hart, SHRM-CP, completed their education at the University of Minnesota. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Marketing Education. During the same period, they also studied Human Resource Development, earning another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in that field of study. In May 2015, Kelsey obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. Finally, in May 2021, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) by acquiring certification from SHRM.
