Ye Min Tun

Head of New Business Operations at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar

Ye Min Tun has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ye Min started their career as an IT/SYSTEM ENGINEER at MYANMAR GATEWAYS IT GROUP in 2010 and later joined Shwe Than Lwin Media as a SENIOR NETWORK OPERATION ENGINEER in 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Experience Team Leader at Ooredoo Myanmar, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the contact center and implemented customer feedback mechanisms.

In 2016, Ye Min Tun joined KDDI Corporation as a System and Service Support Manager, responsible for managing system and service support. Ye Min then worked at Samsung Electronics as Service Operation Management, where they aligned services and communicated with various teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

In 2018, they became the Head Of Customer Service at CANAL+, overseeing customer service operations. Currently, Ye Min Tun is serving as the Head of New Business Operations at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar, where they are responsible for leading and managing new business operations.

Ye Min Tun obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco in March 2012. Ye Min also attended YCTC Business Institute, where they pursued Corporate Strategy and Planning, as well as Strategic Service Management.
