Giang Ha Thi Huong has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Giang is currently the Human Resources Director at Dai-ichi-life Vietnam. Prior to this role, they worked at Mondelēz International as the Reward Lead for South East Asia and later as the Reward Lead for Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. Giang also served as the Total Reward Manager at Mondelēz International. Before joining Mondelēz International, they held the position of Head of Remuneration, Risk & HRIS at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. Giang also worked at TNS Vietnam as the HR Director, and at PPF Vietnam Finance as the Organization Development Manager cum HR Bz Partner, Sales. Giang'searlier experience includes working at British American Tobacco, where they served as the HR Manager for Reward & International Assignment, as well as the Human Resources Executive for HR System & Recruitment.
Giang Ha Thi Huong completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Economic in HCM City from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in English from Dalat University, from 1993 to 1997.
