Esther Adegunle

Esther Adegunle is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development, project management, and economic growth, currently serving as Associate Director at DAI since December 2018. Key responsibilities include leading the Nigerian team in local business strategy development and managing projects aimed at maternal health and landscape analysis of development partners. As the Founder and Team Leader of BeyondaDegree Foundation, Esther has successfully equipped over 1000 students with essential industry skills. Previous roles include Senior Industry Analyst at PwC, where Esther led teams in strategic planning and thought leadership reports, and Creative Director at Belle and Grace, driving business growth and operational efficiency. Esther holds an MSc in Business Analytics & Consulting from the University of Warwick and a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos.
