Kirsten Pfeiffer

Kirsten Pfeiffer is a seasoned professional in agricultural development and economic growth, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Party Technical for DAI on the USAID Economic Resilience Activity in Ukraine. With extensive experience in project leadership and technical support, Kirsten has previously held roles such as Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID Uganda Inclusive Agriculture Markets activity and Senior Global Practice Specialist in Agriculture, Agribusiness, and Food Security. Prior roles include Deputy Chief of Party for the Private Sector Driven Agriculture Growth project at RTI International, and Senior Technical Advisor for Private Partnerships at Engility, focusing on private sector investments and value chain development in agriculture. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in International Finance and Development from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from Emory University.
