Stacey Karasik

Stacey Karasik is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in operational excellence and strategy within international development and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Continuous Improvement at DAI, Stacey previously held the role of Senior Manager for Operational Excellence at Population Services International, where a new department was established, leading various strategic initiatives. As a Strategy Consultant for the National Organization for Women, Stacey drove key strategic projects and policy development. Additionally, experience includes a consulting role at Counterpart International, where oversight of a major USAID program was provided, and significant leadership at the International Youth Foundation, managing operations across Africa. Stacey holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University.
