Michele Schmidt

Michele Schmidt has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in leadership and clinical research roles. Michele is currently a Member at Chief, where they contribute to the mission of empowering women executives. Prior to Chief, Michele held various positions at Daiichi Sankyo and Celgene, including Head of Asset and Portfolio Management, Vice President of Global Clinical Operations and Planning, and Vice President of Development Operations Planning & Platform Services. With Celgene, they held roles such as Vice President of Global Project Leadership and Executive Director of Global Project Leadership. Michele began their career at Pharmacia as a CRS. Overall, they have a proven track record of success and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.

Michele Schmidt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bloomfield College between 1992 and 1996. Michele later pursued a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from Benedictine University, completing it from 2009 to 2014.
