Naoko I. Banker

Naoko I. has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Naoko I. started their career at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. in 1994 as a Capital Market & General Affairs Planning Associate. Naoko I. then moved to Keio Plaza Intercontinental as a Sales Executive in 1996. In 2002, they joined Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as an Operations and Management Associate, and later became an HRBP/ Global Mobility Sr. Associate in 2008. Their roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. progressed, and they held positions such as HR & Global Mobility Manager, Associate Director of HR, and Director of HR, HRBP. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Pharmaceutical Technology at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.

Naoko I. Banker, EMHRM completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from Saint Elizabeth University.
