Neelam Prabhu

Neelam Prabhu is a seasoned professional in clinical research and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Manager of Trial Feasibility & Site Intelligence at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, Neelam held the position of Regulatory and Study Start-up Manager at Georgetown University Medical Center, demonstrating strong leadership in overseeing clinical research operations, particularly for oncology studies, and managing a team of eight direct reports. Neelam's expertise includes developing project management systems, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Significant accomplishments include restructuring regulatory staff, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and successfully activating over 90 studies in a year. Neelam earned an Executive Masters in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University and holds an MSc in Drug Delivery from UCL, along with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
