Xiaohui Xu

Xiaohui (Sophia) Xu is an experienced professional in bioanalysis, currently serving as the Director of Bioanalysis at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since October 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Xiaohui held the position of Integrated Scientific Lead (Senior Principal Scientist-E140) at Bristol Myers Squibb from December 2005 to October 2021, where extensive responsibilities included managing bioanalytical aspects for small molecules and biological therapeutics from pre-clinical to clinical development. Prior roles include Senior Research Chemist and Research Fellow at Merck, as well as Research Scientist at Tandem Labs. Xiaohui's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Analysis from The University of Georgia and a BS in Polymer Chemistry from Sichuan University.
