Ashish Joshi

Ashish Joshi is an experienced professional in organizational change management and sales planning within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as Director of Organizational Change Management for Daikin Comfort Technologies North America since April 2024, Ashish previously held the role of Manager in the same area. With a background in global strategy at Daikin Industries, Ashish has focused on sales planning and digital transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Manager of Sales Planning & DX at Daikin Comfort and Sales Planning at Goodman Manufacturing. Early career experience includes Japanese translation for Daikin Airconditioning India and Bharat Seats Ltd. Ashish holds an MBA in International Business Strategy from Hitotsubashi ICS and a BA from the University of Delhi, complemented by a Certificate in Japanese Studies from AOTS New Delhi.
