Omar Akeileh

Omar Akeileh is currently serving as the Acting Manager of Research & Advocacy at Daily Bread Food Bank, where Omar is responsible for the department during a transition period. Previously, Omar worked as the Director of Partnerships & Sustainability at a National Industry Trade Association. Omar also has experience as a Policy Consultant at the Max Bell School of Public Policy and Health Canada | Santé Canada. Prior to this, Omar held positions at the Government of Alberta and Legislative Assembly of Alberta. Omar holds a Master of Public Policy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Alberta.
