Chondita Dayton is a seasoned marketing and business development executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Growth at Daily Harvest since April 2022, Chondita also leads new market initiatives for the company. Additionally, Chondita has been involved with January Ventures as part of the Operator Network since June 2018, focusing on early-stage investments. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Steady State Brands and CEO and co-founder of Equality Cosmetics, which addressed foundation matching challenges for women. Chondita has also held significant positions at Lyst, Rent The Runway, Louis Vuitton, and Mercer Management Consulting, showcasing a strong track record in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
