Claire Fenton

Claire Fenton is an accomplished City Editor for Daily Hive, overseeing a team of reporters in Vancouver since July 2022. Demonstrating leadership in digital news, Claire has helped establish the western team as a market leader while fostering a company culture that promotes women in management. Prior to this role, Claire served as a Reporter at Rogers Communications from June 2021 to July 2022, and as a Producer for Global BC from June 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing television news production. Claire began a career at Rogers Communications in April 2012, taking on various roles such as video journalist, editor, and on-air talent. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Calgary and a diploma in Broadcast News from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
