Philip Harris

Philip Harris serves as the Director of Group FP&A and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at DMGT plc since September 2015, where responsibilities include internal management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, alongside partnering with the Group Reward function on executive incentive plans. With board-level involvement in the Pensions Sub-Committee and experience in M&A projects, Philip contributed to significant transactions such as the $2 billion sale of RMS and the Group's delisting due to a takeover offer in 2021. Previous roles include Interim Commercial Finance Analyst at DTZ, Finance & Accounting Consultant for a PE-backed Healthcare Group, and Audit & Outsourcing Senior at RSM UK, with a foundational role at HSBC. Philip holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and has achieved the FCA designation from ICAEW.
