Mark Woodward

Mark Woodward is a Senior Photo Editor at the New York Daily News since September 2018 and also operates Mark Woodward Photography as a Photographer and Filmmaker since August 2015. Other notable roles include serving as a National Geographic Student Expeditions Leader in 2018, a Research and Teaching Assistant at Parsons School for Design from 2015 to 2016, and an Assistant Studio Manager at Santa Fe Photographic Workshops from 2014 to 2015. Mark has also worked as a Videographer and Research Assistant for Thomas Werner Projects and as an Expedition Coordinator for National Geographic Expeditions, enhancing travel experiences globally. Previously, Mark led the Photography Department at Surf Hong Kong, the first full-time professional surf school in the region. Mark holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) in Photography from Parsons School of Design and completed the International Baccalaureate at West Island School in Hong Kong.
