Divyangna Pewa

Divyangna Pewa has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Divyangna began their career in 2013 with a summer training at VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED. In 2014, they were an HR Intern at Insure Life Group, where they were responsible for Leave and Attendance Management and Training and Development of existing employees. Later in 2014, they took on the role of HR Manager at Raja Hyundai, where they worked on the End to End process from Sourcing to employee joining and was responsible for Manpower Planning and Recruitments. From 2019 to 2021, Divyangna Pewa was an HR Manager & People Operations at Silk Technologies. In this role, they designed and implemented policies related to employees, processed payroll inputs, planned events that fostered employee engagement, conducted employee engagement exercises, prepared salary statements, and more.

Divyangna Pewa completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at Jai Narain Vyas University from 2009 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota from 2012 to 2014. Divyangna also attended St. Patricks sr. Sec. School, Jodhpur Rajasthan.
