Ryan Naples

Ryan Naples currently serves as Director of Public Policy at DailyPay, Inc., a position held since September 2021, and also holds a role as Board Member on the Executive Committee of the American Fintech Council since May 2023. Naples has extensive experience in public policy, previously working as Deputy Director at Tech:NYC and as Senior Manager of Public Policy at Lyft. Additional roles include Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs for the New York State Executive Chamber and Legislative Counsel at the New York State Department of Labor. Naples has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Law Professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 2018 to 2022. Naples earned a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
