Ryland Costello

Ryland Costello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in channel partnerships and sales. Currently serving as Director of Channel Partnerships at DailyPay, Inc. since July 2019, Ryland has been elected to the ADP Marketplace Partner Advisory Board and achieved recognition as part of the President's Club for FY 2023 while previously holding the position of Senior Manager, Channel Partnerships. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Partnership Executive at Carbonite and various sales positions at Dining Alliance, Buyers Edge Platform, Mystic Schooners Baseball, and General Dynamics. Ryland holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Communication from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2014.
