Valeriy Diatchenko's work experience includes several roles in the software engineering field. Valeriy started working at TopCoder as a competitor, contest problem writer, and freelancer from 2001 to 2006. Valeriy then worked at Donbass Soft as a project manager for an event management system for Fortune 500 companies in Europe from 2006 to 2009. At GM Consult IT GmbH, they served as a staff engineer and led separate teams in parallel to deliver tracking systems, accreditation systems, and event management systems for FIFA World Cups from 2010 to 2018. Valeriy also worked at Booc GmbH as a project manager, overseeing the onboarding and support of B2B customers using the event management system from 2010 to 2014. As a software engineer at axxess2 AG, they worked from 2015 to 2018. At Papierverarbeitung Hanns Julius Lichtenberger GmbH, they held the position of senior software engineer and developed a new system using machine learning to manage prices, products, and orders, resulting in a significant increase in the company's profitability. Currently, Valeriy is working as a software engineer at DAIMANI, where they helped launch the first version of their platform in 2019.
Valeriy Diatchenko began their education in 1999 at SUNY Westchester Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Computer Science with Honors. Valeriy completed this program in 2001. Following that, Diatchenko enrolled at the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2001 to 2004. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
