Dr. Sebastian Pfau

Dr. Sebastian Pfau is currently the Global Innovation and Technology Manager at Daimler Truck AG, a role held since October 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating research assignments, advising engineering departments, leading research projects on advanced automotive technologies, and promoting agile methodologies. Prior to this, Dr. Pfau served as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Nottingham from October 2017 to July 2021, focusing on industry cooperation and engine testing, and has experience with Daimler AG in various engineering roles since 2012. Dr. Pfau holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field, showcasing a strong academic foundation in mechanical and industrial engineering.
