Alissa Recker

Alissa Recker is a Product Regulatory Affairs Engineer at Daimler Truck North America, where experience includes roles as a Catalyst Kit Engineer and Aftertreatment Vehicle Test Engineer since June 2017. Prior to this, Alissa served as a Tour Leader/Student Office Manager at the University of Michigan from January 2013 to April 2017, managing recruitment materials and customer service for College of Engineering recruitment. Alissa's internship experience includes a Melt Shop Production Intern position at Gerdau where responsibilities involved reducing scrap due to chemistry failures, a Purchasing Intern role at ZF Friedrichshafen focused on procurement and delivery performance improvements, and a Quality Systems Intern position at TimkenSteel Corporation, where quality standards were reviewed and lab capabilities were presented. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science & Engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
