Kelsey Justice

Kelsey Justice, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in engineering, project management, and strategy. Kelsey has a strong background in the automotive industry and has held positions at Daimler Truck North America and Daimler Trucks North America. In their most recent role as Director of Corporate Strategy at Daimler Truck North America, they established a new global team and managed various projects related to system and vehicle concepts. Kelsey also played a key role in developing a governance process for global collaboration and aligning the team around a common vision. Prior to that, Kelsey held roles such as Manager of Global Vehicle Component Strategy and Manager of School of Engineering at the same company. Kelsey also has experience in project management and analysis at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA. Kelsey's earlier experience includes roles in project engineering, academic assistance, and hospitality.

Kelsey Justice, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University, earned between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, Kelsey obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester, completed between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Kelsey has earned certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2021 and November 2019, respectively.
