Nathan Bulkley, EMBA has extensive work experience in the field of user experience design and digital transformation. Nathan is currently working as the Lead Software and UX Strategist at Daimler Truck North America since 2022. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Daimler Trucks North America for several years, holding roles such as Digital Transformation Strategist, Sr. User Experience Architect, and Interaction Designer. During their time at Daimler, they were responsible for user experience design, usability, and research strategy for various applications and websites. Nathan also played a key role in developing standardized methods of engagement with internal clients and implementing documentation and delivery standards.

Before working at Daimler, Nathan worked as a User Experience Design Consultant at AZAD, Inc., where they led a complete redesign project for an oscilloscope application used by engineers. Nathan also gained experience in human factors consulting, usability testing, and project management while working as a User Experience Designer/Usability Engineer at The Kohl Group. Nathan's early professional experiences include roles as a User Experience Designer at Messerschmidt Safety Consulting, a Usability Consultant at The Human Factor, and various roles at the University of Idaho, including Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Usability Analyst. Nathan also had an internship as a Usability Specialist at T-Mobile.

Nathan Bulkley, EMBA, completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Strategy, Data, & Innovation at Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Idaho in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university in 2008.
