Before joining Constellation Culinary Group, Jeremy served as an Executive Chef at GROVE Restaurant - Patio - Ballroom from August 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Chef at IMG Academies for a remarkable period of eight years, from September 2010 to June 2018.
Jeremy also gained valuable experience as a Chef/Owner at Genoa Hotel from October 2007 to October 2009 and as an Executive Chef at Grandezza Country Club from August 2006 to July 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Chef at Mattison's Catering Co. from November 2004 to June 2006, and as a Chef de Cuisine at Cornell University, Statler Hotel from February 2001 to June 2004.

Jeremy M. Thayer began their education at Paul Smith's College from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts. Following this, they enrolled at The Culinary Institute of America in 1994 and completed their education in 1996, earning an AOS degree in Food.
