Rusty LaRue currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Owner/Operator of Dairi-O Restaurants since November 2014. Previously, Rusty LaRue was an Assistant Basketball Coach at Wake Forest University from May 2009 to April 2014, contributing to a successful 20-win season and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2010. As Owner & President of RLT Sports, Inc. from January 1998 to April 2014, Rusty LaRue established the Rusty LaRue Basketball Academy, providing programs for over 800 youth annually. Additionally, Rusty LaRue held the position of Athletic Director and Head Basketball & Football Coach at Forsyth Country Day School, leading the basketball program to state championship contention. Rusty LaRue also coached at Greensboro College and enjoyed a professional playing career from 1996 to 2004, including winning a Gold Medal with the USA Basketball team in 1997 and an NBA Championship with the Chicago Bulls in 1998. Rusty LaRue holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.
