Megan Holdaway, RDN, serves as the Nutrition Science Program Manager at the Dairy Council of California since August 2019. Previously, Megan held the position of Contracts Assistant at Quiring General, LLC, from September 2010 to November 2012, where responsibilities included liaising between contracts and accounting departments, entering invoices, processing subcontractor billings, and assisting in contract creation and project closeout coordination. Additional experience includes roles as a Level I Personal Trainer at Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women and a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor at VIM Fitness Spa and Salon in 2010, focused on designing fitness programs and leading group classes. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado, and completion of a Dietetic Internship through Wellness Workdays.
