Joao Lora Vidalon

Joao Lora Vidalon has been serving as a Technical Support/Deployment Engineer/Project Support at Dairy Crest since July 2012, specializing in PC refresh projects and deployment engineering. Prior to this role, Joao completed an IT Apprenticeship with Pearson in Practice from September 2011 to July 2012, where comprehensive knowledge and skills in IT were developed. During the apprenticeship, Joao gained expertise in various areas including Windows deployment, LANs, VPNs, networking, firewalls, backup procedures, wireless networking, and Server 2008, along with hands-on experience in helpdesk support, successfully resolving and documenting IT issues using Microsoft Access.
