Cassandra Brown

Cassandra Brown PHR is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dairy Farmers of America since May 2020, Cassandra previously held multiple senior positions in human resources and talent acquisition at Dean Foods from May 2008 to May 2020. Additional roles include Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Alberto Culver and HR/Diversity Manager at Brinker International. Cassandra has also contributed to the human resources community as a past board member for both the Dallas Human Resource Management Association and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources South Florida Chapter. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
