Kim Brody

Kim Brody is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and leadership development. Currently serving as the Leadership & Talent Development Program Manager at Dairy Farmers of America since November 2022, Kim is responsible for creating and delivering programs that enhance workforce performance and engagement. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Senior Leadership & Professional Development Specialist at Garmin and served as the Director of Professional Development at Core Insights. Kim also contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Tyler Junior College and worked as an Educational Consultant at Sprint Nextel, where curriculum development efforts significantly improved market performance.
