Laura Haney

Laura (Lj) Haney, MBA, serves as Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Dairy Farmers of America since July 2018, previously holding the title of Senior Director of Learning & Development. With extensive experience in training and development, Laura led training development teams at H&R Block from December 2007 to July 2018, focusing on learning solutions for various tax-related roles. Prior to that, Laura worked at Sprint from January 1994 to December 2007, initially as Knowledge Management Program Manager, consulting on knowledge gaps and implementing KM solutions, while also managing instructional design and training teams as HRD Manager. Laura holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from LSU Shreveport, a BA in Human Resources Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and studied Fine Arts with a focus on Piano Performance at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
