Shane Keith

Shane Keith is an experienced professional in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations at Dairy Farmers of America since August 2021. Previously, Shane held the same title at Frontier Communications from December 2018 to August 2021. Shane's legal expertise was demonstrated as Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins for a brief period in 2018. Prior to that, Shane spent over a decade at Dean Foods, where roles included Vice President of Human Resources for the West Region and Vice President & Counsel for Labor & Employee Relations. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Labor Relations at ConAgra Foods and practicing law as an Attorney at Berens & Tate. Shane holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Iowa State University.
