Matthew Carlson has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago. Matthew worked as a Group Product Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare from 1999 to 2003, before moving on to become a Key Account Manager at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise from 2008 to 2012. Matthew then joined Dairy Goat Co-op (NZ) Ltd, where Matthew held the positions of International Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2018, and then General Manager Marketing and Brands, and currently General Manager Sales and Marketing since August 2018.
