Susan Olson, MPH, currently serves as a Dairy Nutrition Representative at Dairy MAX Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Susan was a Diabetes Care Specialist at Novo Nordisk from January 2019 to January 2021 and held various roles at Novo Nordisk A/S, including Health Systems Account Manager from May 2008 to January 2018 and Diabetes Educator at Practice Therapeutics for Novo Nordisk from May 2007 to May 2008. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Educator at Western Medical Center, focusing on diabetes and women's health from May 2003 to May 2007, and working as a Research Associate in public health research at San Diego State University. Early in Susan's career, work as an Outpatient Dietitian at Walter Reed Army Medical Center involved contributions to the Gulf War Clinic and diabetes education. Educationally, Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Michigan State University and a Master of Public Health with a focus on Behavioral Aspects of Health from San Diego State University.

From farm tours to community events, we are committed to helping farmers serve their communities. • Business Development – We partner with companies and other organizations to promote dairy demand and consumption. As the official nutrition partner of the Dallas Cowboys, we also work with restaurants such as Domino’s® and McDonald’s® to increase the number of menu items containing real dairy.
