David Wheeler

David Wheeler is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in human resources across several prominent organizations. Since 2011, Wheeler has served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Dairy Queen, providing strategic direction for various functions within the company. Prior to this role, a tenure at General Electric included the position of North American Supply Chain Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier experiences at Cargill involved leading HR efforts in diverse business environments, earning recognition with two Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards. Initial career steps included a role as Associate Staffing Manager at Kraft Foods Group. Wheeler holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
