Dawn Couch

Dawn Couch is a seasoned marketing and management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Marketing and Community Outreach Manager at Dairy Queen since May 2015, Dawn is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract and retain customers while maintaining a strong online presence for three restaurants. Previously, from 2007 to 2015, Dawn held the position of Area Training Manager at Denny's, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing job fairs in the Orlando and Tampa markets. Dawn's career at Denny's began in 1998 with roles as General Manager and Restaurant Manager, overseeing daily operations, staff training, inventory management, and customer relations. Dawn holds education credentials from Central Missouri State University, Northern Virginia Community College, and the University of Central Missouri.
