Nicolas Boudet

Nicolas Boudet is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in international operations and brand development across the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Dairy Queen since September 2022, Nicolas leads international operations, franchise development, supply chain, and marketing in over 20 countries outside the U.S. Previously, Nicolas held prominent roles at Wingstop Restaurants Inc., where contributions included serving as President International and Senior Vice President Global Development from October 2017 to September 2022, as well as providing consulting services for strategic international projects. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Focus Brands LLC, where Nicolas oversaw a diverse portfolio of brands across 65 countries from March 2015 to August 2017, and as Chief Development Officer for Taco Bell Corp. under Yum! Brands from June 2012 to February 2015, focusing on franchising strategies in the U.S. Additionally, Nicolas serves on the Board of Directors for SVN® International Corp.
