Marcel Fritz

Marcel Fritz, LL.M., MHBA, is an accomplished legal and healthcare professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals sector. Since November 2012, Marcel has held various leadership roles at DAK-Gesundheit, currently serving as the Director of the Pharmaceuticals Department, Head of Strategy & Management - Pharmaceuticals, and Corporate Counsel for Patented Pharmaceutical Products. Prior experience includes positions as Corporate Counsel for Outpatient Care at vdek - Verband der Ersatzkassen e. V. and a Trainee Lawyer at the Medical Association (Ärztekammer Berlin). Marcel began a legal career as an Associate Lawyer at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Marcel holds a Master of Laws in Pharmaceutical Law from The Philipp University of Marburg, an MBA in Management of Health Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, and completed both the 1st and 2nd State Exams in Law at The Philipp University of Marburg and the Frankfurt am Main Court of Appeals, respectively.
