Rafael Vasto

Rafael Vasto is the co-founder and CEO of Daki, a startup that provides on-demand access to professional cleaners. Rafael has over ten years of experience in the hospitality and service industries.

Prior to Daki, Rafael was the Director of Operations for OYO Brasil, where they were responsible for launching 10+ capitals and hiring 200+ employees. Rafael was also an International Sales Manager for Ambev, and prior to that, they worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Rafael began their career as an equity research analyst for Itau BBA.

Rafael has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling businesses. Rafael is passionate about providing excellent customer service and making people's lives easier. Under their leadership, Daki has become one of the fastest-growing startups in Brazil.

Rafael Vasto has a diverse educational background, having completed an executive program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Business Administration and Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP. Rafael also holds a high school diploma from Colégio Bandeirantes.
