Debra Volk

Debra Volk is an experienced Program Manager currently at Dakkota Integrated Systems since July 2013, where responsibilities include managing budgetary and pre-production manufacturing activities, along with overseeing change control processes to ensure positive program financial outcomes. Previously, Debra served as an Administrative Specialist for the University of Michigan's Department of Psychiatry from October 2010 to July 2013, contributing to the Program for Positive Aging. Debra’s extensive background also includes a role as Senior Program Manager at May and Scofield from 1995 to 2009, where key achievements involved aligning product development with customer needs and leading cross-functional teams. Earlier, Debra was a Production Manager, effectively implementing lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency. Debra holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Cleary University, one in Health Care Management and another in Business Administration.
