Steve F. Schultz

Steve F. Schultz, a founding Dakkota team member, is the director of advanced manufacturing and research and development.

As a member of the executive management team, Mr. Schultz helps develop future business quote models, support new program launches and oversees a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Tooling Engineers who work on new programs. He has a diverse product background with instrument panels, door panels, floor consoles, overhead systems, seats, front and rear fasciae, front-end modules, and front and rear suspensions. His core manufacturing experience includes roto-casting processes, nickel-plating processes, foam in-place processes, vacuum forming processes, waterjet cutting, and robotic painting.
