Mha Lisa Aisenbrey

Lisa Aisenbrey, MHA, SPHR, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lisa currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a contractual basis. In their earlier roles, they held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Sidney Health Center from 2008 to 2018, and as Health Education Director from 2004 to 2008.

Lisa Aisenbrey has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California College for Health Sciences. Lisa also holds a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from North Dakota State University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. The CHFP certification was obtained in April 2017, the SHRM-SCP certification was obtained in December 2015, and the SPHR® certification was obtained in October 2013.
