Brian Dilley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sourcing and managing commercial real estate investments. As the Managing Director at Dakota Pacific Real Estate since 2017, Brian oversees the underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and closing of capital transactions, while also serving as a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Brian held the position of Director at Rubicon Point Partners, LLC, where nearly $300 million in value-add real estate office investments were acquired and managed for a major public pension fund in the San Francisco Bay Area. Earlier in Brian's career, as a Project Manager at Layton Construction, oversight of preconstruction activities for development projects across the western United States was provided, following a role as a Cost Analyst. Brian Dilley holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
