Jake Kastan

Jake Kastan serves as the Managing Director at Dakota Pacific Real Estate since December 2024 and has been a Board Member of the American Idea Foundation since October 2019, focusing on developing evidence-backed public policies. Previously, Kastan held the role of Principal at Peterson Partners from January 2019 to December 2024, and prior to that, served as Vice President at the same firm. Experience in politics includes positions as Political Director for the Political Office of Speaker Paul D. Ryan, Political Consultant for Paul Ryan's Prosperity Action PAC, and Personal Aide to Congressman Paul Ryan during the Romney for President campaign. Kastan’s early career included roles in event coordination and marketing, with an educational background comprising an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University.
