Ariana Carlson

Ariana Carlson currently serves as the Senior Compensation and Systems Manager at Dakota Supply Group since February 2023, having previously held the position of Senior Compensation and Systems Analyst. Prior to this role, Ariana accumulated extensive experience at KLJ from April 2016 to February 2023, progressing from Compensation Analyst to Sr Compensation and HRIS Analyst. Additionally, Ariana operated Carlson's Orchard Bakery and Restaurant as a small business owner for a brief period in 2022. Earlier career experiences include roles at APL, United Technologies, Noridian Mutual Insurance, and Microsoft, specializing in compensation analysis and human resources functions. Ariana holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from North Dakota State University, completed in 2012.
