Frank Stuemke

Frank Stuemke possesses extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry, currently serving as an Outside Municipal/Contractor Sales representative for Dakota Supply Group since November 2021. Stuemke has been with the Minnesota Rural Water Association since January 2005 as a Wastewater Pond Optimization Specialist. Prior roles include Regional Account Manager at RMB Environmental Laboratories Inc. from June 2018 to September 2019, and Water/Wastewater Utility Operator for both the City of Park Rapids and the City of Roseville, with tenure spanning from April 1999 to January 2005 and June 1991 to April 1999, respectively. Stuemke holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management from Vermilion Community College, earned between 1992 and 1994.
