Nii Quaye is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and business leadership. Currently, Nii holds multiple board positions including Board Member at Materials Testing Consultants, Board Chair at Intek Plastics and Dakotaland Manufacturing, and Managing Director at Vermilion Group. As Principal of Vermilion Group and Vice President of Corporate Development for M.A. Mortenson Companies, Nii has been instrumental in establishing the firm's approach to long-term impact investing. Prior roles include senior leadership positions at Pentair and ADC Telecommunications, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and business development.
